Biskuit: 4 Eier, 150g Zucker, 30g Maisstärke, Prise Salz, 60ml Sonnenblumenöl, 100ml Milch, 190g Mehl, 2 TL Backpulver, Vanillearoma
Füllung: 450ml Schlagoberes, 250g Topfen ( 20%) , 50g Zucker, Vanillearoma, 16g Sahnesteif, 350g Pfirsiche aus der Dose
ca. 300g Pfirsiche aus der Dose, 500ml kaltes Wasser, 30g Zucker, 2 Packungen Tortengelee
Sponge cake: 4 eggs, 150g sugar, 30g cornstarch, pinch of salt, 60ml sunflower oil, 100ml milk, 190g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, vanilla flavor
Filling: 450ml whipped cream, 250g curd cheese (20%), 50g sugar, vanilla aroma, 16g whipped cream, 350g canned peaches
approx. 300g canned peaches, 500ml cold water, 30g sugar, 2 packets of cake jelly
