The One Egg Souffle Pancake Recipe (2 small pancakes or 1 big pancake)

2 tbsp plain flour / all purpose flour
1 tbsp milk
1.5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 – 4 drops of lemon juice / vinegar (for egg stabilization – omittable)
