Teigtaschen mit saftigem Hackfleisch
Für 9-12 Taschen habe ich folgende Zutaten genommen:

600 gr Mehl
1,5 TL Salz
Ca 280 ml Wasser
500 gr Hackfleisch
2 große Zwiebeln
1 TL Salz
1/2 TL Pfeffer
2 EL Wasser
Pflanzenöl zum Anbraten

E N G L I S H

600 gr flour
1,5 tablespoon salt (1 full and a half tablespoons)
About 280 ml water
500 gr minced meat (I had beef)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 (half) tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons water
Oil
